participating in the Camp Osprey summer camp program, I hereby grant permission to Camp Osprey, its staf, and authorized representatives to use photographs, videos, and other digital images of my child for the following prposes:
Promotional Materials: Use in promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
Newsletters and Publicatins: Inclusion in camp newsletters, annual reports, and other publications.
Internal Use: Use for internal purposes, such as staff training, program evaluation, and record-keeping.
I understand that these images may be used in both print and digita formats. I further understand that I will not receive compensatiohn for the use of these images.
I hereby release Camp Osprey, its satff, and authorized representatives from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of these images.
